Half
Moon Sober Festival. Inc.
A New England based, non-profit, tax exempt corporation with offices
throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Their primary purpose is to
provide an affordable alcohol and drug free environment in which
individuals and families can come together to learn and grow. This is
accomplished through a series of sober dances, comedy shows, and other
social events leading up to an annual four day multi-cultural camping
experience.

Soberstock
has featured a
whole day of Music, Food, Workshops and Drug & Alcohol Free Fun
Every July Since 1999. This year's festival will be July 15, 2006.

annual Soberstock festival on July 13, 2002. We had a great time

The Council coordinates publicly supported drug
and alcohol treatment and prevention services in Berks County, PA.
These services are made possible through funding from the United Way of
Berks County, money received from client fees, corporate contributors,
and tax dollars received from Federal, State and Local governments
through the Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs and the Pennsylvania
Department of Health and the Berks County Commissioners.
Dual
Diagnosis Web Site
Provides information and resources for service
providers, consumers and family members who are seeking assistance
and/or education in the area of substance abuse. Also provides
information on educational and training opportunities, a dual diagnosis
bibliography, bulletin board, chat room and a list of
related web sites.

Recovery Anonymous (DRA)
Describes how DRA helps individuals who are
chemically dependent and also affected by an emotional or mental
illness. Provides meeting information, access to the Dual Diagnosis
Recovery Network Bookstore and other recovery links.

Offers a "rolodex" of organizations
working in the substance abuse arena; links to addictions-related web
sites; a collection of fact sheets on various drugs; upcoming meetings
